Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50

USPS is our primary shipping carrier. Once we verify your payment, please allow us at least 3 business days to process and ship your order. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. If it has been more than 3 business days since you purchased and you still have received a tracking number, please send an email to info@sultrycloset.com.

We do pride ourselves with providing you with the fastest shipping possible; however please be mindful that orders placed on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday.

Please note that once your order has left our warehouse we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items during transit. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. USPS is responsible for delivering your package on your delivery date.
